Key Responsibilities

•  Develop and execute strategic project plans that align with Datamine's goals and objectives
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders within Datamine to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
•  Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team at Datamine
• Communicate project updates, status reports, and key metrics to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
•  Drive decision-making processes at Datamine, facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes

You bring

•        A bachelor’s degree or higher in business, project management, or a related field
•         Proven experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 3 years running complex projects from initiation to successful delivery
•         Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies
•         Strong analytical skills, translating business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables
•          Exceptional communication skills , both verbal and written
•          Strong interpersonal skills: you recognise the need for the project team to be aligned and pulling in the same direction
•          Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes
•          Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve their full potential
•          Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments, with the flexibility to navigate ambiguity and drive change effectively
